How VORIQ collects, uses, stores and deletes personal data — including what a Product Twin may and may not see, and how long anything is kept.
This document has not been published yet. It is prepared by counsel, with the compliance owner and will appear here once it is approved — not before. We would rather show you an empty page than a draft that looks binding.
What applies today
- No purchases have been made on VORIQ, so no order, payment or delivery data exists for any buyer.
- Account data is limited to what you supply at sign-up. Catalogue browsing requires sign-in, so there is no anonymous behavioural profile being built in the background.
- Cross-platform profiling is off by default and is not switched on without explicit, purpose-bound consent.
- A Product Twin answers only from what an offer documents. It is not given your history, and it cannot be asked to produce it.
- Export and deletion requests are honoured on request while the self-service surface is being built — contact support and the request is handled by a person.
